Statute

The regulations of the dymok.pl store (please read carefully before ordering!)

1. The owner of the Dymok.pl domain is: Arborous Industry Corp. Ltd. Level 65, Hopewell Centre 183 Queen's Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong Chiny

2. All prices of goods on the smokok.pl offer given in Polish zlotys are gross prices (including VAT).

3. Registering and creating an account on the website of the smokok.pl shop is the same as reading the terms and conditions of the buyer and accepting them. The account in the store is created for an indefinite period and does not entail any financial obligations. The customer may at any time submit a request to close his account by sending information about the resignation to the e-mail address: arahis001@gmail.com.

4. We attach a fiscal receipt to each order sent. If you want to receive a VAT invoice for the ordered goods, please send the company details by e-mail after placing the order. Do not throw away the fiscal receipt, as it is the basis for the return or complaint of the goods!

5. All goods that you can buy from us are available "immediately" and are in our warehouse. This means that your order will start being processed immediately after the payment is credited. The Seller reserves the right to extend the order fulfillment time in the event of too many orders. In such a situation, we are obliged to post relevant information on the home page.

6. Placing an order should be understood as filling in the "order form" on the store's website and sending it to the staff of the smokok.pl store. Placing an order is tantamount to concluding a distance contract (in accordance with the provisions of the Act on the protection of certain consumer rights, Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827 of May 30, May 30, 2014). After placing the order, you will receive an automatic response from the smokok.pl website confirming the order. From now on, the order is being processed.

7. The Dymok.pl shop will make every effort to send the order placed by the customer within a maximum of 3 working days. See point 5 of the regulations. We execute orders according to the order in which payments are booked. The delivery time should be added to the delivery time.

8. The customer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract without giving reasons by submitting an appropriate statement in writing and returning the complete, intact products within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. ATTENTION! The absolute condition for accepting the return is to attach a fiscal receipt to the shipment - returns without a receipt will not be taken into account. Refund for the ordered goods (but if the consumer has chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method, the store follows Art.33 Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827 of May 30, May 30, 2014). The money is refunded within 14 days, using the same method of payment as used by the consumer. The cost of sending the goods to us is covered by the customer.

9. Returns of products sent at the store's expense or cash on delivery will not be accepted.

10. Returned goods must be complete. Goods should be returned unchanged. The customer is responsible for reducing the value of the item as a result of using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.

11.The right to withdraw from the contract shall not apply in the following cases: a) the provision of services, when the seller has fully performed the service with the express consent of the buyer b) contracts whose subject of the provision are items that after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparable combined with other things, c) contracts the subject of which is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the buyer's specifications or serving to satisfy his individual needs. d) in which the subject of the service is an item delivered in a sealed package, which cannot be returned after opening the package due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging has been opened after delivery.

12. In order to withdraw from the contract, a written statement must be submitted by e-mail or by post, within the statutory 14-day period from the moment of receiving the parcel. The template of the declaration is included in Appendix No. 1.

13. The refund will be made within 14 days, but does not apply to the return of shipping costs to the customer, if the consumer has chosen a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery method.

14. The Buyer is liable for a decrease in the value of the Product as a result of using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product.

15. Complaints regarding mechanical damage to the shipment caused during transport will be considered only after drawing up a damage report signed by the recipient and the supplier of the shipment.

16. The payment for purchases may be settled only by prepayment to the bank account provided by the dimok.pl shop, dotpay.

17. Free shipping applies only to the territory of Poland. Free shipping does not apply to wholesalers with individual discounts.

18. "By using the website, you accept the rules and cookies policy."

19. Promotions organized by the store are intended only for individual customers (unless it is communicated otherwise during a specific promotion).

20. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the placement of their personal data and their processing for the purposes of the contract. Providing personal data is voluntary, but the lack of consent to their processing makes it impossible to complete the order. The customer is responsible for providing false personal data.

21. Personal data is protected in accordance with the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data (i.e. Journal of Laws No. 101 of 2002, item 926, as amended) in a way that prevents access by third parties . 24. If the customer gives his consent, personal data will be processed in order to inform about new products and promotions.

22. Shop customers have the right to access their personal data, correct them and request removal.

Receipt of goods.

1 The customer undertakes to collect the ordered goods at the point of sale. The list of points of sale is available at https://dymok.pl during the working hours of points of sale.

2 The Customer may collect the Goods in person or through another person authorized by the Customer (Proxy). The representative authorized to Acceptance on behalf of the Customer may be a courier company cooperating with the Seller or another company that will collect the ordered Goods from the store and deliver them to the place of delivery indicated by the Customer in the Order.

3. By purchasing a Li-Ion cell in sizes 18650, 20700, 21700 and others without a PCM / PCB / BMS protection system, the customer declares that he is aware of all dangers arising from their improper use and at the same time takes responsibility for their use. The customer is aware that these rechargeable batteries must only be used with a properly secured device. Li-Ion cells without a PCM / PCB / BMS protection system purchased at DYMOK.PL are not covered by the warranty.
